Valid Period Of CTET Certificate

• The CTET qualifying certificate is valid for a lifetime for all categories.
• There is no restriction on the number of attempts.
• Candidates who have already qualified CTET are also eligible to appear again to improve their score.

Eligibility

Primary Stage (Class I to V)

• Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with 50% marks and passed/appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, OR
• Senior Secondary with 45% marks and passed/appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (as per NCTE 2002 norms), OR
• Senior Secondary with 50% marks and passed/appearing in final year of 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed), OR
• Senior Secondary with 50% marks and passed/appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education), OR
• Graduation and passed/appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, OR
• Graduation with 50% marks and B.Ed degree.

Secondary Stage (Class VI to VIII)

• Graduation and passed/appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, OR
• Graduation with 50% marks and passed/appearing in 1-year B.Ed, OR
• Graduation with 45% marks and passed/appearing in 1-year B.Ed as per NCTE norms, OR
• Senior Secondary with 50% marks and passed/appearing in final year of 4-year B.El.Ed, OR
• Senior Secondary with 50% marks and passed/appearing in final year of 4-year BA/BSc.Ed or BA.Ed/BSc.Ed, OR
• Graduation with 50% marks and passed/appearing in 1-year B.Ed (Special Education).

• Login using your registration number and date of birth.
• Check your exam date and city information carefully.
• Download and save the details for future reference.

Mode Of Selection

• Selection will be based on performance in the CTET Written Examination.
• Candidates qualifying CTET will be awarded an eligibility certificate as per rules.

About CTET December 2025

Candidates applying for CTET must carefully read the Information Bulletin before submitting the application. Applicants should ensure that they fulfill all eligibility conditions. The online application must be submitted through the official CTET portal only.

Candidates are advised to fill in their correct mailing address with postal PIN code and decide the fee payment mode before final submission. Multiple applications may lead to cancellation of candidature. After successful submission, candidates should keep a printout of the confirmation page for future use.
