Eligibility
- Candidate must have passed or appeared in the 10+2 (Intermediate) examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) from a recognized board in India.

Eligibility Code For NEET UG 2026
- Code 01: Candidates appearing in Class 12 whose results are awaited may apply, but admission will be subject to qualifying the exam with required marks during counselling.
- Code 02: Candidates who have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, English, and practical exams.
- Code 03: Candidates with Intermediate/Pre-degree examination in Science with PCB and English.
- Code 04: Candidates who have passed Pre-medical/Pre-professional examination with PCB and English after Higher Secondary or equivalent.
- Code 05: Candidates who have completed the first year of a three-year degree course with PCB and practical exams from a recognized university.
- Code 06: Candidates with a B.Sc degree having at least two subjects from Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and who passed 10+2 with PCB and English.
- Code 07: Candidates who have passed any other examination equivalent to Intermediate Science with PCB, practical tests, and English.
Instructions For NEET UG 2026
- Aadhaar Card is mandatory for NEET UG 2026 registration.
- Photograph must be a clear passport-size and 4×6 size photo with a white background. Candidate name and photo date should be mentioned.
- OBC-NCL certificate must be issued between 01 April 2025 and 31 March 2026.
- SC / ST / GEN-EWS certificates must be issued on or after 01 April 2025.
